Czech Roast Pork

On New Years Day, we had some friends come over to enjoy the Winter Classic hockey game. I decided to make a pork roast. I found the recipe at Allrecipes.com but didn’t have all of the ingredients, so I improvised. I am a sucker for caraway. The pork had a really nice crispy skin to it. Review of Portabello (Arlington)

One of the first Groupon’s I purchased was for Portabello restaurant in Arlington, VA. At the time, I had never heard of it, but the menu looked good. The restaurant is in a bit of a weird location.
