On New Years Day, we had some friends come over to enjoy the Winter Classic hockey game. I decided to make a pork roast. I found the recipe at Allrecipes.com but didn’t have all of the ingredients, so I improvised. I am a sucker for caraway. The pork had a really nice crispy skin to it. I have been in a soup making kick lately. This particular soup is not really healthy whatsoever, but it is really tastey. The cream cheese makes it thick and creamy, and the cayenne pepper gives it a real nice kick. I made some for my family at Christmas, and they really liked it.
